Overview

SaralHousing replaces the WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and shouting-at-the-guard system that most Indian housing societies run on. Maintenance billing, visitor management, complaints, notices, and community communication — all in one app that the secretary, the residents, and the guard can actually use. Built for cooperative housing societies, RWAs, and gated communities across India.

Full-text search across notices, complaints, minutes of meetings, and society documents. Secretary types a keyword, finds it in seconds instead of scrolling through WhatsApp.

Features

Maintenance Billing & Online Payments

Generate bills in bulk, send them via app notification and SMS, and collect payments through UPI, cards, or auto-debit. Real-time reconciliation means the treasurer stops chasing defaulters manually.

Visitor & Delivery Management

Residents pre-approve guests. Guards verify via OTP or QR. Delivery agents, maids, and vendors are logged with photo, time-in, and time-out. No more unverified entries.

Complaint & Helpdesk System

Residents raise maintenance requests — plumbing, electrical, elevator issues — directly from the app. Tickets are auto-assigned to the right vendor, tracked through resolution, and closed with resident confirmation.

Notice Board & Community Communication

Publish society notices, AGM agendas, election announcements, and event updates from the admin panel. Residents get push notifications instead of missing a printed notice on the board.

Accounting & Financial Reports

Double-entry bookkeeping built in. Income vs. expense tracking, monthly/annual financial statements, balance sheets, and audit-ready reports exportable as PDF. Replaces the accountant’s spreadsheet chaos.

Guard & Gate Management

Dedicated guard app with minimal UI — verify visitors, log vehicle entry/exit, mark staff attendance, and trigger SOS alerts. Works offline and syncs when connectivity returns.
